6.30 PM. Primary & Secondary Schools Five a Side Football Tournament organised by Queen of the South Football Club, at Kingholm Sports Fields. Both boys and girls will participate. All entry forms have been sent out to the schools.

7.30 PM. Principals Installation Ceremony at the Dumfries Midsteeple. Procession of Principals, Guests and Dignitaries from Municipal Chambers to the Midsteeple, commences at 7.00pm.
